The people who work in billing/operations are useless. It takes 3 weeks for them to "precheck" your insurance and come up with a cost, then when you get it done they charge 6 times the quoted amount then lose your payment. When you call in, whoever picks up the line is can't do anything every question has to be answered by a different department who they won't let you speak to. When you try to give them the proof of payment they asked you to fax it!!!!! What is this 1992?!? Overall terrible company!!!!!!!
Please consider offering music therapy instead of just therapeutic music. Many people don’t know the difference between the two. Therapeutic music is limited to “live acoustic music, played or sung, specifically tailored to the patient’s immediate need. It is an art based on the science of sound.” It only takes 80 hours of training and 125 clinical hours to become a therapeutic musician.
