Very rude lady anwering the phone call
No wonder this place gets such low rating. I made an appointment for an ultrasound. They told me to show 15 minutes early with a full bladder. I showed up 20 minutes early, and they refused to check me in because I forgot the piece of paper at home… They said I should reschedule, but wouldn’t reschedule for me without the paper. Makes no sense how they were fine doing it on the phone but not in person! I will reschedule at another facility…
