The facility and workers are great. But I would not recommend at all. (It takes almost 2 weeks to get an MRI read. ( Obviously, getting an MRI for pain.) This is totallly unacceptable. They have to do better.. Called today and they said they are still 11 days behind SMH.
This review is for radiology scheduling. These calls need screening for training purposes. The woman that answered the phone was borderline abusive to my elderly mother. What a disgrace! I took her elsewhere. If you dislike people and lack compassion, here’s a tip- find a new job!
I had a chest x-ray for a suspected case of pneumonia and here I am almost 48 hours later without results. I will try Penn in West Chester next time in anticipation of better turnaround.
I was pleased with the service here and how fast everything went. I really appreciate it. (Side note: I am sorry to the people who had frustrating experiences when it comes to billing/insurance. It is pretty worrying to hear.)
Scheduled my first mammogram at Exton square. Received reminders throughout the week about my appointment. They said be there at 8:45. I arrived at 8:40. They checked me in and told me where to wait. After an hour I decided to ask if maybe they had forgotten about me. They then told me that my appointment was canceled and they forgot to tell me. They were not sure when they could get me in next.
