Fabulous facility. Extremely clean. More diversified equipment than I have ever seen in a gym. My trainer, Kelly Okoniewski was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains exactly how each exercise should feel to the targeted area. She worked up an very doable exercise plan for me to follow.
Revising due to recent issues with swim lessons and lifeguards constantly yelling at us for using my son’s phone during his swim lessons for his diabetes management. Mentioned this multiple times and management doesn’t care. Emails to the general manager went unanswered. This is a standard right under the ADA required accommodations for people with disabilities. I can't even begin to tell you how utterly disappointed I am in this gym's policies and customer service. I have been a member for several years and have been met with difficulties in securing a consistent trainer (the first one quit the day before I had a scheduled session and it took them over a month to find a replacement; the second one took a personal leave).
