The saltwater pool was great and I had started working with a fabulous trainer. I worked with her for many year despite the training fees going up as well as the membership fees. She helped manage my pain levels. Management suddenly fired her with no notice to her clients. She was going to work there part time and elsewhere part time. I was going to stay with her at the gym. I signed up for a gym membership with the understanding that Sundays from 2-4 PM were designated as family swim time. However, when I brought my wife and two kids to enjoy the pool, I was surprised to be charged an additional $15 for my wife because she wasn't considered part of the 'family' for this offer. This was not communicated upfront and left us feeling disappointed and misled.
The only reason I don't want to review this place is because I want it to be kept a secret. This is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. I love the staff! Check in, cleaning crew and Trainers!
