Rude staff.. girls sitting next to a sign that says RESPECT just immediately giving a bad attitude before I even opened my mouth. I had a hard enough day, some random girl being rude is the last thing I feel like dealing with
An absolute nightmare! I walked into the emergency room at 3pm and checked myself out at 6pm. I was never seen by a doctor. I asked a rogue security guard how I can find out my test results and they told me about the MyChart app. My results were ready at 3:45pm. No updates or communication. The room was over capacity with strangers throwing up in bags sitting shoulder to shoulder. What an awful experience— Isn’t this 2025?!!
