I went in for a routine mammogram. First time to this location. Waiting for almost an hour and room was filled. Every woman in there was recalled. Sure enough, I get my results back and they are recalling me too. Don’t these people know how to do their jobs? It’s been the same result for years but now they need further imaging??? If I do go back, it will not be there!!
I went for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. I did the paperwork in MyChart the night before, so check-in was a breeze. I waited less than 5 minutes before getting called back to change into a robe and wait for a mammogram. I probably waited less than 10 minutes, got the mammogram done - which was quick and painless! I returned to the waiting area for another 5-10 minutes, got the ultrasound done, which was also quick and painless, and returned the waiting room.
