Great visit with my doctor!
Technician completely botched my first trimester ultrasound. Please do not go here unless to want extra concern and worry. If I could find the name of the girl that did mine I would be calling a filing a complaint. Had to get a repeat ultrasound. In 3 weeks because she didn’t even take pictures of what needed to be done.
We were in recently for an urgent care sick appointment. As I read over the post visit notes of the visit at home I noticed several notes that were counter to what I actually provided to Dr. Ubina and the LPN. We told them we were experiencing chest tightness with difficulty breathing. Also mentioned a low grade fever and unproductive cough. Dr. Ubina's notes indicated we said we were having a productive cough and no difficulty breathing or shortness of breath. Like what?!?! Talk about not listening to the patient. Frustrate... read more
I made my appointments online, but, for x-rays, walk-in appointments are available. Since I scheduled my time in their app, it directed me to My Patient Portal so I could do all the required paperwork at my leisure and prior to arrival. My wait time was quite short and my technician was excellent. It was very easy to accomplish what I needed to have done. Having weekend availability was very helpful.
