I called ahead to confirm that Main Line Health Urgent Care in Exton was open and accepting patients. I was told they were and was encouraged to come in. I arrived with nearly an hour remaining before closing, only to be informed at the front desk that they were “at capacity” and would not see me. Went to UC at Exton close to work, I was questioning my choices by going to Exton with the 10 min wait verses Concordville with the 1.5hr wait, until I met the provider at UC. Dr. Jennifer Campbell.. She was amazing, professional, highly compassionate. She treated me with complete care, I was taken aback at HOW professional she was. Tried to make an MRI appointment online and found it difficult, So I decided to go in and have someone help me. Watched several people in this location doing nothing. But , helping me was way too much work for this team. Laziness is obviously accepted here.
The supervisor,manager came to the desk while I was their were very rude ,telling me to look into traditional insurance cause I couldn’t pay my co-pay up front ,demanding a deposit telling me they can loose their jobs if some sort of payment isn’t received,told them I’m on disability and my payment wasn’t for two more weeks ,other things were said to me which I told them was none of their business my financial state,I did get the test done ,
