I scheduled a timed test easily, soonest was about a little more than a month out. When arriving on time I was told I would be taken back ASAP as they know I am holding my urine for an US. Time goes by and no one comes out and the discomfort becomes excruciating. A tech comes out and everyone who arrived after me is taken back. I have been here numerous times for routine mammograms, and for one that I needed an ultrasound. That was a nerve wracking appointment, as I ended up getting a referral for a biopsy. The radiologist came in and talked to me, explained what she saw and why she was sending me to have more testing done, and she was so comforting. It ended up being nothing, thank goodness. They know my name, they go above and beyond, I’ve never had such wonderful care. Neelum the supervisor is phenomenal.
We should never be changing the time of patients visits to fit the need of the facility without letting the patient know prior. I show at the time I was told on the phone to be told something different when I showed up. It’s an inconvenience, I never knew that to be a thing. I will not be coming back here.
I don’t get irritated easily or frustrated but here is my dilemma with this location. Little frustrated with the service received at this location. I was in Wednesday evening due to ear ache with trouble swallowing food and liquid (right side of face). Received a throat test, Covid test, and strep test all came back negative and normal. I was told there was some fluid in my ear when I was evaluated Wednesday night at 830pm, but nothing to be concerned about from being told.
