I scheduled a timed test easily, soonest was about a little more than a month out. When arriving on time I was told I would be taken back ASAP as they know I am holding my urine for an US. Time goes by and no one comes out and the discomfort becomes excruciating. A tech comes out and everyone who arrived after me is taken back. I ask the tech where is my tech snd infront of her patient she tells me to relieve myself slightly and keep waiting for my tech! I do so wait longer and a full 20/25 mins goes by. I have been here numerous times for routine mammograms, and for one that I needed an ultrasound. That was a nerve wracking appointment, as I ended up getting a referral for a biopsy. The radiologist came in and talked to me, explained what she saw and why she was sending me to have more testing done, and she was so comforting. It ended up being nothing, thank goodness.
