I was given the appointment time 10:30 am. I arrived 10:15 and waited until 11:30. I didn’t do the procedure and left. Overall I had several bad experiences with Havertown office: One time I waited almost an hour to get 1 min bloodwork. One time is HSC camera didn’t work. I hope I am the only one case, then it’s discrimination otherwise the office process management needs to be improved.
