I had a horrible experience with Main Line Fertility from start to finish. I felt like I was a number and they constantly got my appointments and protocol mixed up and were horrible to deal with. The only time I reliably heard from them was from their billing department. Calls and messages went unanswered for days, the people who called me never had looked at my chart. Dr. Bloom and the Main Line Fertility staff are top notch, we felt as if Dr. Bloom had top expertise, and she was kind/patient with us in explaining all of our results and options. The staff were all so kind as well and helpful.
