I don't know what has happened to this office. I have been a patient for more than 10 years. The staff is wonderful but the administration is a mess. I have been trying to make an appointment. I have been contacted 3 times and still haven't been able to make an appointment. They want me to give private information over the phone eg: medicare numbers. It feels like a scam and why I can't give that information in person is a mystery.
Everyone was so nice and attentive. Dr. Schwartz rocks. She is a very nice and compassionate Dr.. I was nervous at first but, all made me feel very at ease. Thank you Everyone!
I was very happy with everyone involved in my care. From the front desk, to all the nurses, to the anesthetists, to the doctor, everyone was so very pleasant and professional. I enthusiastically recommend this facility.
I came to the Bala center for my first colonoscopy. From check in to discharge, every single person I came into contact with was nice, pleasant and professional. Dr. Schwartz did my procedure and I felt like I was in very capable hands. I would definitely recommend Main Line Endoscopy East.
The staff is nice but the follow up is basically non existent. I had to call and leave messages in order to hear back from someone to let me know the results of my examination. My colonoscopy was inconclusive so I received phone calls to reschedule that (prep for the appointment is a whole different story), of course. Why would I go back and I have to harass them to get feedback? So my search for proper gastro care continues…
