Well been here for 3 hours there was 15 people in front of us only 3 people called back they have to change something in there ER A lady said she's been here 41/2 hours sick people shouldn't be sitting in the ER for hours at a time waiting to be seen especially when there site online says 30 minute wait time
Answer your phones or at least return the patient’s call . I have been trying to get in contact with your office for almost two weeks.Left two voicemails and still no call back . I just need to update payment information and cannot get in contact with anyone.
