I am terrified just thinking about having an MRI. The MRI is open, and is setup next to a window! Happy to report that my anxiety was minimal.

I called to make an appointment weeks ago for a 20-week ultrasound. I received an appointment and 45 minutes before the appointment received a call cancelling because I’m age 35. Couldn’t speak to a doctor or supervisor. This ultrasound needs to be done at 20-weeks (not much later than today) and now I have no idea how I’m going to get it done since everywhere else is booked. Terrible business practice.

I was very pleased with my MRI today Because I was terrified to have it done. The front desk person was pleasant and the office was clean and everyone had a mask on. I needed an Open MRI because I am highly claustrophobic. I was glad I chose this office. The technician was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an Open MRI.

I had an appointment on 7/22 for a mammogram. I was the first appointment of the morning. My first visit to this location. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. My technician was friendly, kind and very professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing this service.

I called to make an appointment. The male receptionist had a massive attitude. I will never go there as a result.
