I feel that most of the staff I have encountered at this facility has been very unfriendly and insensitive.

bad business – husband had some testing done at this facility. staff is totally screwed up. their billing department is a mess - he never received a bill from them - then started getting harrassing phone calls - finally got a bill - paid it off - now gets a call saying they are sending us to collections!!! WTF!!!! stay away from this stupid place.

Were Great here before, but today very bad experence! – We (my whole family) have been to the Main Line Imaging in Downingtown many times and they had always been great and wonderful. Easy to schedule, fast appointments, Kind and caring. Today we went to schedule someting for our Grandmom and my mom called around 9am and the lady on the phone said she would have to call her back and it is now 11:16 am and we have still not received a call back. We are trying to schedule something soon for her she has been waiting for tests f... read more

Will Never Go Again – I've tried for the last time to use this business...I never fail to be disappointed. ~ Constantly changing appointment days or times (this last appt was changed 4 times within an hour) ~ Not very friendly (at least most aren't) ~ Never take you in at your appointed time (once had to wait for a half hour while they had their office meeting in the waiting room!) ~This was the last straw...almost 3 hours for my son to have an MRI...if there's an issue with the machine, get it fixed or don't use it!

Above average care compared to others... – I've utilized this Imaging center for a few years whenever the Doctor sends me for MRI's or X-rays. I've found most of the staff to be courteous, efficient, and friendly and the most recent techs I've had to assist me were very kind, caring, and professional. I've worked in the industry before - so I know the difference. I currently wouldn't go any place else!

great techs, but support services are lacking – I have been to LAD twice. My first experience was not good because I felt that the tech was so busy that she did not take the time to even breathe normally. Everything she did, she did in a hurry and somewhat clumsily. However, on my second trip there, Jennifer, the CT scan tech, was amazingly calm, centered, professional, and dignified. In turn, she treated me with dignity. Great Customer Service – Have had several tests done there, everyone has been extremly curtious and nice, and very respectful on the phone. Only place I like having my tests done.

Very friendly! – This was our first experience with an ultrasound, and our first time to LAD. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the tech (wish i knew her name!) was SOO pleasant. This is our first baby, and she took the time to find it, show the heartbeat, measure, and after getting "boring pictures" as she put it, went back to the baby again. She was very friendly, and hope we get her again!.

Not a professional place - poor service – Basically uncooperative in trying to make an appointment - 2 calls to center, both people had non caring attitudes. Waited 1 hour to be seen. Being nice and polite to them didn't seem to make a difference.
