I’m leaving a 2 star review for the simple fact that my boyfriend was treated rudely by the man that works there. A total disregard for our time. We have never been to Main Jewelers before and wanted to shop for rings and started there. We arrived around 1pm to find a sign on the door apologizing that they will be closed until 2 pm. I went in today around 1pm to have my engagement ring re-sized. Ivanna told me because tomorrow is Saturday, Monday would be the pick up date. I was happy with the price and still the turn around time was great. I received a call from Ivanna at 5:30pm the same day, letting me know my ring is done & that I could pick it up Sat. Because I live super close, I asked if I could come get it right then and she said she would wait on me, if I got there after 6. Well, I arrived 10mins.
