I went in today around 1pm to have my engagement ring re-sized. Ivanna told me because tomorrow is Saturday, Monday would be the pick up date. I was happy with the price and still the turn around time was great. I received a call from Ivanna at 5:30pm the same day, letting me know my ring is done & that I could pick it up Sat. Because I live super close, I asked if I could come get it right then and she said she would wait on me, if I got there after 6. Well, I arrived 10mins. I have been there several times and always treated with kindness and help with what I needed. Prices are reasonable I will go again when I need their service s trested
This lady just offered me 350 dollars for a 4-5k ring and said it’s because it’s used, even tho a pawn shop was going to pay that for just the metal because they don’t buy diamonds that math isn’t mathing
