If you're handicapped, don't park at the Main Harbor Store unless you're literally on crutches. Dale Shepherd will harass you and get security. He literally did that to my girlfriend and I today at about 3:15 outside Pelican Cove Grill. We parked in a handicap spot, with ourhandicap tag displayed properly.
