My second time coming here for a cut. My hair was belly button length and is partially curly. Brenda was great and executed exactly what we talked about. Will be back :)
I called them at 5:40pm to try and quickly book an appointment for a haircut before they closed at 6pm. The lady that answered the phone asked me if I could wait a minute and that she would be right back. I said no problem! However she did not come back until it was 6pm and instead of telling that they were closing and to call back she silently hung up on me. I understand I called fairly close to closing, but I would have preferred to be told that they were closing and to call back another time rather than be put on a 20 min... read more
