I visited Main Glass on Friday, May 3rd, and asked for a glass technician to come out to my house to measure a double hung four pane window that needs one pane replaced. Sidney told me a technician would arrive on Monday morning, May 6th. Sure enough, he and his partner showed up promptly at 8 a.m. to assess the job. Update May 7th. I received an official quote for the new glass panel that seemed reasonable today and was able to pay over the phone.
