I love this gym I have been with this gym for maybe over 7 years you lose count when you’re having fun. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always welcoming as family. I would recommend maingate to everyone moving or visiting Corpus Christi.

I started taking their CrossFit classes a few years ago and I'm a larger person and working out can be challenging and intimidating. Since the first day at the gym no matter what the program was if I couldn’t do a specific movement or activity the coaches would always find a way for me to move and challenge myself. They also make the environment so welcoming and supportive. I cannot be happier with this gym experience, they have made my life better and instilled in me a desire to keep moving for the rest of my life.
