Severely understaffed and super un-responsive
Matt and Roland were our drivers for our rehearsal dinner and wedding in Monterey/Carmel on 6/7 and 6/8. They were prompt, friendly, very professional, dressed well, and had great communication. Lisa and Alycia did a great job coordinating our travel prior to the weekend. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!
Absolutely the worst. After repeated errors with booking, despite a written request with all information and repeated follow-up, staff such as Cora lied, claiming to be the owner, and demanded additional payment after we send out authorization form. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. We booked elsewhere. I reccomend working with Dawn Fisher at AITSTransportation or All Access Luxury Transportation
Do not book with them! Or with Monterey Airbus, they're the same company. These people do not sign contracts, they only provide Credit Card Authorizations that they say "represent our guarantee" but they refuse to sign contracts that obligates them to do anything. How should someone feel about booking them for a wedding a year in advance without something in writing? They can bail anytime they want without any legal recourse. I got zero empathy on the phone when I asked about contracts as well. If you want to throw a trashy ... read more
