Todd Casey/Main Enterprises failure to diagnose problems accurately. The Way Main Enterprises do Business and treat customer is very unfair. My Furnace wasn't working these guys come out and told me he will be back tomorrow with another person. The next morning 2 guys show up and was there for 4-5 hours. Then told me they going to order some parts for the Furnace and Todd will call me.I call the office 3 time for 2 weeks and the lady in the office keep telling me Todd will call me. I literally cant get into contact with this company i have called for 3 days straight and not once has someone picked up or called back after 5 messages left threw the days
Driver in pickup truck had a horrible attitude. Tried to run me off the road slamming his horn in a rush almost crashing with kids in the car cutting me off. These people are NOT RECOMMENDED.
