Pretty disappointed that I was completely ghosted by this company. Had questions about our home that was built by Main Eco Homes and no one returned my phone call or email with multiple attempts made. We are the second owners of this home and had let them know of a concern I had. Communication is lacking.
MEH build our home in Gray in 2021--it is a beautiful place on Little Sebago Lake, and we love it. But this is about the service that MEH provides its customers--post build. A few weeks ago, my cousin's 4-year old daughter pushed a hole through one of our shower/tub units. It appeared to be a defect in the fiberglass. I reached out to Rob Dumont, the 'finish guy', told hime the story and sent pictures.
