You're supposed to be open but won't take any calls. A dr office is a place where we should be able to rely on in times like these. But instead, you're causing more stress by not doing your job. I hate this place, in all honesty. The dr never there any more! This place is likely going to be sued for malpractice. I wish I could rate this place zero stars. I waited 30 min, and they let someone skip the line as they were there after me. I never had a place more unprofessional than this.

They have substantially improved their service since last year.
Great service, receptionists, and Dr. Ali is very kind and patient!
