The staff remember me, and always expedite my prescriptions in a fast, realistic turnaround time from my initial request. I appreciate that, especially knowing that this pharmacy is very busy…. The quality of their service has declined in the last 1year. The pharmacist and staff are not efficiency or reliability, I do not recommend this pharmacy. Multiple times I've called ahead to get a prescription refilled, go hours later to pick it up, only to find they don't have it in stock and didn't inform me. Today they caused me to miss my doctor's appointment. I had called in advance, gave them a hour and it should have been a quick in and out, but they hadn't even started picking the medication.

Tha pharmacist Omar is very helpful and knowledgeable. Taylor and Risa also provide exceptional customer service. They answer all my questions about the prescriptions the doctors submit and call me promptly when my prescriptions are ready for pick-up. I really appreciate the competency, service, and kindness I receive at this pharmacy from these three individuals.
