I switched my prescription here years ago after regularly having to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes for a simple refill even at off-peak hours at Shoppers Drug Mart. Since then I've never had to wait to speak to someone even once. They often remember who I am on the phone and in-person, which is nice. When I'm there to pick-up, I'm out the door in under 2 minutes. Vaccinations are similarly easy and I usually get my flu shot when I'm there for the prescription with no notice at all.
Great people, great service, answers all questions right away. Have been using them for years and will continue to do so... makes you feel very welcomed!!!!!! Thanks for such wonderful service guys
