Great local music store Friendly and helpful staff, decent though not too extensive supply of all your music needs, and best of all, unlike most of the bigger chains, there is almost never some schmuck loudly mangling some classic rock song on guitar while you're just trying to pick up some drum sticks.
Excellent Guitar shop in Brooklyn I've been to Main Drag a number of times. The staff there is always helpful. They never buzz around, attempting to make you buy the newest ibanez shredmaster. Infact, they don't even carry Ibanez unless its a vintage tube screamer or a hollow body guitar. One quipp is that they only seem to carry d'dario strings. C'mon guys.
