I have a fear of Dentists . But I found this Dentist to be absolutely Brilliant .✨✨ Wonderful Dental nurses who are so tentative and caring . I Highly recommend this Dentist Clinic

I attended this clinic in severe pain with an infected tooth (on a voucher from Orbost Dental Clinic). The dentist took a quick look, took an x-ray & said she couldn't do anything due to the infection & prescribed antibiotics...I was in her room for less than 5 minutes, she was abrupt & uncaring. (I can only assume no money to be made by this customer) I've just called back to try to find out more information, I was promptly told by the receptionist that I was banned from the clinic, because the dentist was offended & refuse... read more

Incompetent receptionist. I had a 9:45 a.m. appointment. A woman arrived and said she also had an appointment, so the receptionist, without asking for identification like a Medicare card, assumed she was me. The receptionist had the woman sign a form with my name, and the woman was then seen by the dentist. When I arrived, the receptionist looked confused because a lady with my name was already with the dentist. Then she realized she had made a mistake. Dr Galanos is exceptional at what he does , I felt like I was in good hands.There was clear communication and honesty in how best to treat my concern ie: tooth extraction / root canal etc. Dr Galanos and his assistant were empathic,compassionate and made me feel comfortable while in the chair. I highly recommend this surgery if you want clear & concise information on your oral care and price points as they are very thorough

Very professional. Extraction of all 4 of my wisdom teeth. 2 at a time. Only took 45 minutes each visit. I now have quality of life haven't had any dramas since. Top bloke. Good team of people. Highly recommended 100% won't be going anywhere else!
