If i could give a zero I would. Absolutely do not use this person! He is a alcoholic, and never pays any contractors and has houses sitting forever!
Dishonest don't trust him will lie to your face then laugh at you with workers. Ask around town he has a habit of not paying sub contractors or suppliers. Has filed bankruptcy more then once
