Made an appointment week later after I change my schedule he told me the doctor decided not to come in that day so I had to rearrange my schedule and made another appointment. They called me 20 minutes before my appointment asking why I wasn’t there. I arrived on time and then they made me wait almost half an hour. I walked out no respect for People’s time
Jas and staff are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been going to them for over 10 years and keep choosing them as my Pharmacy despite living in Tsawassen and in Port Coquitlam. Doctor Manpreet Narwal is a great doctor but I have a feedback for the receptionist- If you can’t come for two minutes during your lunch time to give my urgent requisition, at least be available during the time you tell the customers that you would be. Everyone’s running a tight schedule here and people plan their visits as per what you tell them directly or through the pharmacy operating next to you. Dr. Manpreet Narwal is a great family doctor. I have been his patient for the almost 6 years, My interaction with him has been extremely positive. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, listens all of your needs in a non-rushed manner. I highly recommend him. His front desk staff, is extremely friendly, organized and efficient . They address every patient by their name and show kindness.
