The only people voting this more than one star are family members who don’t care about the patients they put in here, psychically and verbally abusive staff, if you have family in here get them moved, they are unethical and your family member could be getting injured without the ability to say

Decent waiting times and such, but the employees are very snobby and rude. One lady in particular, Christy, was very rude when it came to our items we were giving to one of our loved ones. Our first visit was cut short by an hour because they were understaffed, and when we brought in the same items to give to him she said that we couldn't because they were already opened, despite them saying we could bring them back the day before. Any potential employee's. Stay away from this area and institution. This facility it ran by criminals that have the support of the local judge, Uncle Eddie. Unless you're a Smith or someone that likes to abuse mental health patients, this is not the place for you.
