Chris was a great massage therapist and everyone here was so sweet! Very relaxing experience and such a unique spa. Everything was great!

I've never had a bad experience here. I booked a 60-minute massage. My therapist was Lily, and she was terrific. (Oddly though, she didn't massage my arms and hands. Maybe we ran out of time.) Each massage includes a 15-minute pre-soak in the hot mineral waters Berkeley Springs is known for. And contrary to what another reviewer said, the soak does not cut into your massage time. Enjoyed a deep tissue massage and facial the staff was very nice and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The Main Bath house can be difficult to reach sometimes easier to reach The Old Bath house and leave a message to be contacted!
I took my family to Berkeley Springs for the long weekend. Made a reservation for all three of us to get a massage. Honestly I was a little worried based on the previous reviews but we went for it. First of all, this is not a fancy spa, it is an older building that is also run by the WV State Parks. So you need to keep that in mind.
