Main Autocentre was who we were assigned for our repairs once our car was recovered from being stolen. They did a very good job of fixing our car and ensured our car was cleaner upon return then before it was stolen. We had a small warranty item and they prioritised our car and fixed it onsite when we returned. All the staff, Sue Ann in particular, were friendly, making my 4 year old and myself feel very welcome while onsite. Would highly recommend.

I was introduced to Main Autocentre via Tower insurance after was car was involved in a collision. The team are super responsive and operate at a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They suggested it would take around 14 days for the repairs - but the job took less than a week. Excellent service! I would give 6 stars if possible!
Had my vehicle repaired here this last week and all the staff members I met were very friendly from the estimator Jared who managed to get me in for an assessment on the same day when I called for one, to Ren'e the front desk reception lady who was very helpful from the start to finish - quick to respond to my emails on follow ups etc. Vehicle looked better after picking it up from when I dropped it off, I'm a mother and if you know a mum car it can get messy, they even cleaned it & now I don't want my kids to get in the car... read more
