Took car here for a simple fix on a plastic body part. They didn’t install the new part correctly and on top of that damaged the new part. When I brought the car back and showed them George and his mechanic both lost their temper and started yelling even though I was calm and respectful. They tried coming up with bogus stories about the car and how it was damaged underneath - but George (the owner) sent photos of the part off and underside and nothing was bent. First off, this gentleman was absolutely rude. I brought my ACURA TLX 2017 to be checked out because the rear view mirror came off on accident and inquired about fixing it. He was RUDE, did not go into detail about the issue and sent us to a location that DID NOT exist. He also didn’t even take his time to check it out. I do not recommend this RUDE gentleman.
Highly recommend this place! Our delivery vehicle was falling apart and needed major brake, engine and suspension work, George and his team had it fixed and feeling brand new in under two days. We've brought our cars into many places and none of them were able to work magic like these guys!
It was not a very good experience. Took my car here for a simple diagnosis on a multiple random misfire (P0300) and was told, "The mechanic who changed your plugs should have taken a look. The problem is internal. I'd have to take the intake off to check. Im not touching this car." (laundry list of excuses). I work on my own car. I do basic maintenance that any car owner should be capable of doing themselves.
