Terrible experience — if I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent $200 on labor and parts, and my car check engine light was still on and the car was still sputtering. This shop misdiagnosed the problem, quoted inconsistent prices, performed unnecessary repairs, and had poor communication. Pep Boys later diagnosed the real issue: my engine needed to be replaced. Avoid this place at all costs!
This place is not what the radio said, poor customer service and lack of accountability, went for an oil change and ruined the vehicle and still didn’t hold accountability, don’t bring your car here.
