Called looking for a thermal fuse for my dishwasher. They didn't bother taking the part number from me. Just said that he doesn't carry it. This is the third time I've called over a several year period and they've never had the part I needed and have never been helpful. I'm not really sure what they are in business for.
"Bob" is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I would never do business there. I work in a business where customer service is vital, especially when people are spending money with your company. I guess Bob is the business owner although he acts like a disgruntled employee. I called about 5 or 6 places yesterday for a quote on fixing my dryer and sadly his actions were so bad, he is the only one who I felt it was necessary to take time out of my day to write a review on.
