I've been calling and calling trying to get the part for my phone. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PBONE EVER HOW DO YOU DO BUSINESS. THATS WHY I GAVE A 1 STAR A WEEK NO ANSWERS WOWWW DO BETTER
I tried to place an order online, come to find out the system was down, I called the # on the website, got a very polite man who took my order & apologized about on line ordering not working. I received my package promptly! Definitely will be using & would highly recommend for all your pool needs!
I assembled the steps, and found I was missing the deck mounts. I called the phone number listed in the instructions. The associate was very courteous. Parts were shipped soon after the conversation and arrived the next day.
Had to get some replacements parts for my steps after a decade of use and abuse. Super helpful and friendly, was able to stop by the warehouse to pick up the parts. Great people all around, and great quality products. Thanks for all the help!
