Heather was extremely well informed, personable and professional. I highly recommend her as a well trained and fully equipped technician. Give her a raise and keep her incentivized the be the face of the company.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. You only ever see technicians in person. The telehealth appointments I had with Elaina were not productive. After my initial study, she was unwilling to discuss alternatives to treatment. She said "the only thing you can do is get a CPAP and even that may not solve your problems". She insisted that I get a mask fitting appointment done, even before I get pre-approval from the insurance company for my overnight sleep study. Worst experience EVER.... They don't follow up and check how things are going but they'll follow up like crazy for money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
