They have been very prompt with scheduling initial evaluation, multiple sleep studies, and followup appointments. Cory is the lead respiratory therapist who does the mask fittings: I would like to single him out for exceptional service. I have needed to see him several times during my CPAP startup period because nothing seemed to fit well. He has been both very helpful and unfailingly pleasant. They set me up for a virtual appointment to start the sleep study process. They had to move it a few days before it was scheduled. And then they never sent me a virtual link for the rescheduled virtual appointment. They might be good but their admin/scheduling isn’t.
Make sure you read everything and get a copy of what you sign. It is a shady place on their rules
Allen made my sleep study experience as comfortable and easy going as possible. This place is awesome if you need a sleep study. Would recommend, 5 stars!
