My son was getting speech services here and then out of nowhere they told me next appointment is next month. HOW did they expect him to make improvements if appointments were so far apart. I ended up finding another place for my child who prioritize his needs.

First of all, it was very hard to get an appointment- finally I spoke to one kind person out of a long list of unkind people in a rush. I’ve never been to physical therapy before so I didn’t know what to expect. I was told over the phone that for my two referrals, I would be there for about an hour. When I arrived, i waited about 20 minutes (not too bad) The therapist who helped me was kind but he showed me a stretch and told me to do it 20 times so I was doing it and he just told me to stop and do it at home…? My niece went here for therapy and these mf are not only liars but they offered no help, they don't take accountability for anything. From the incompetent receptionist to the idiots with degrees I would not recommend even a stuff Animal to do therapy here.
