A beautiful new building and wonderful clean spaces but the staff working are basically robots. No type of bedside manners at all. I came for a 12 week sonogram on the 4th floor and the receptionist was my only friendly encounter. The sonographer was cold and didn’t greet me or my partner at all. She didn’t prompt anything and if I didn’t ask her questions she probably would’ve been mute for the entire session. She told us to wait in a room for a nurse for bloodwork.
