This place, at first glance, yells safty, cleanliness, and professionalism, but looks clearly have not been A longstand point for these so-called Premium individuals. Receptions were really out of touch when it came to eye contact and general mutual respect . When I got to see the neurosurgeon, he was extremely out of the ordinary. He failed to greet himself with respect and dignity, obliviously blurt out his name, and claimed I was born with something that he was unsure of himself.... this made me more concerned and nervous... read more

Beware, you will have no access to your Dr if there is an urgent matter. Dr. Rosners continued my medicine refills after Dr. Drexler retired. The refills ran out, and it's not the type of medicine that you can stop taking suddenly. Both myself and my pharmacy called for 2 weeks. I left message on the "prescription" line, left messages with the service, left messages with multiple staff, and suffered excruciating side effects of this negligence. I am contacting the NY board of health, and you can too. The group license# is 34... read more

The receptionist extremely rude, She wasn’t on her desk and I waited until she came back. She told me my appointment was canceled because I was 5 minutes late. She pretended to call the doctor and then told me that I need to schedule another appointment. She gave me an appointment for almost two months. I will look for another place!!
