I booked an appointment through Zocdoc (always sketchy, but I have my reasons). A few days before the appointment, I received a text message that the appointment had been rescheduled for a time I could not make. I called to try to work something out. I waited on hold. When I finally spoke to someone, she was only able to offer me other unavailable times.
