This office is completely unprofessional. I waited almost four weeks for an appointment with DR Michael Friedman, only to show up and be told (at the front desk!) . No notice, no voicemail, no email, nothing. They cancel my appointment without telling me. When I asked why, the staff’s excuse was, “We called you and you didn’t answer.” That is not communication. I booked an appointment through Zocdoc (always sketchy, but I have my reasons). A few days before the appointment, I received a text message that the appointment had been rescheduled for a time I could not make. I called to try to work something out. I waited on hold. When I finally spoke to someone, she was only able to offer me other unavailable times.
