Awful. Made us wait for hours just to tell me to come back. Why book me if your schedule is already full. Terribly management.

Maimonides Cancer Center and Staff are great. But I don't like the way they handle appointment scheduling and records release. When you call to make or reschedule an appointment there is never a person available who can actually take care of it with you on the phone. You always have to leave a message and someone calls you back usually at the time when it's not convenient.
