It’s impossible to make an appointment for an mri. I’m trying now for weeks! The people on the phone are a bit rude, never call me back. I had to give my phone number every time I called. Finally they call and they called my husband at his job, he was unable to pick up because he was in a meeting. I’m so upset so why do I give my number!???? And still no appointment

This place is understaffed and overworked. The wait time for any imaging is extremely long (over 2 hours) and the technologist was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I understand she may be over worked but that does not warrant having a nasty attitude towards patients. Do a favor for yourself and avoid this place at all costs.
Just dropped off my records today, staff knowledgeable and helpful.
