We had a terrible experience in this office. The way she talked to me, and my daughter was demeaning. She didn’t even treat my daughters symptoms. I ended up taking her into urgent care and received the help we needed to get her better. I have never left a review for a doctor before but I’m so upset with how we were treated.
First visit with her was wonderful, she as super attentive that was about 2 years ago. Second visit was a little more rushed but I figured it was a bad day. On my most recent visit I left super upset. She would ask me if I had any questions then seem annoyed that I asked a question, her answers felt judgy and condescending. I work in medicine as well but she was explaining things to me like I have no common sense. Absolutely terrible experience! Failure to contact me that they canceled my telehealth appointment! I took time off work to have a telehealth appointment with Dr. Creamer. 15 to 20 minutes pass and I still do not receive a call for my telehealth appointment. I finally call and then 40 minutes later in totality on hold passed around to numerous departments and no one knows what’s going on. My children and I have had good experiences with her. Yes, she can be a bit "business-y" but I appreciate someone that can get to the point and not waste time. She was nice and listened to us and did her job well.
