Absolutely terrible experience! Failure to contact me that they canceled my telehealth appointment! I took time off work to have a telehealth appointment with Dr. Creamer. 15 to 20 minutes pass and I still do not receive a call for my telehealth appointment. I finally call and then 40 minutes later in totality on hold passed around to numerous departments and no one knows what’s going on. My children and I have had good experiences with her. Yes, she can be a bit "business-y" but I appreciate someone that can get to the point and not waste time. She was nice and listened to us and did her job well.
She is an excellent physician. All her patients are appreciative of her detailed care and great empathy. Highly recommend.
Came to the reviews if my experience was one-off and I’m so sad to hear most felt the exact same way - hurried, uninterested and condescending. I’m a new patient so everything was new to me so I felt ready to ask questions, even the simplest questions felt as if they were burdensome. The staff leading up to her visit, however, were extremely kind and friendly. Will look to find another doctor and make sure to read their reviews first.
The office staff were friendly and efficient. I found Dr. Creamer to be extremely knowledgeable and a doctor who takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. Following my visits, her office immediately provided me with the prescriptions and orders for lab tests.
