Mr. Maillet communicated with me very well. I knew when he ordered the part. I knew when he received the part. He told me what morning he would be here, and he called that morning to let me know he was on the way. This all seems to be what would be expected, but as I found out from the last company that Frigidaire assigned to repair my dishwasher, such is not everyone's policy. Mr. Maillet believes in customer service and communication just as I do.
Called on Wednesday told tech would call tomorrow morning, which did not happen, called and told of I was busy and forgot, so finally Friday i called and was told mo one would be able to get ro me till Monday. I told them don't come and called Scotts Appliance, came Friday and fixed refrigerator.....
Excellent service center. I felt as though I was the only person that mattered to them. They arrived on time, were knowledgeable about the product and fixed it quickly.
