We hired Marcel Maillet of Maillet and Sons, Sudbury MA to turn an ugly screened in porch into a 4-season room with a gas fire in our home in Concord Center In addition we remodeled the adjacent mudroom. Maillet and Son has been nothing but amazing since day one. They were able to build us a house within our budget and the price they gave us in the beginning was the price we ended up with at the end. Marcel was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and got us into our new home right when he said he would. Everything was done wonderfully. This company is amazing. Marcel has a good sense of details and he is a perfectionist. His workers were always friendly and left the space clean as possible during renovations. I had a chance to see different houses that they've built and they are all very beautiful and practical for living. Love their work. Strongly recommend their services.
