She never checked his eyes ears head. Just talked to him. That's what I don't like. She did give him request physical therapy ,at my request.
It took 3 days for the Dr to send my new prescription to the pharmacy and their phone service sucks it’s like pulling teeth to reach an actual person when I tried calling the office to let them know they need to send my script in I kept getting different people who would tell me the office was at lunch which was a lie.
She listens and gives it to you straight
Love Dr. Quinones. Wonderful bedside manners and always listens to my questions and concerns. I guess there is a new system, and is being answered by some else besides the office staff and my medicine was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I've been with Dr. Quinones for a long time and never had that happen to me.
Dr. Jimenez was great. I went in for a follow up. She of course, was very kind and thoughtful. She was very thorough about the results of treatment and medications having been administered. We discussed and together created a plan. Dr. Jimenez is a joy to work with.
