I have had a long connection with this dental office as it transitioned to Dr Soyster and more recently to Dr Montalvo. I stuck with this practice even when they went out of my provider network because of the quality of the work done. I recently had my first appointment with Dr Montalvo and found myself very satisfied with him and his ability to explain things. I've always had a good experience with the admin staff and tech assistants and consider it part of why I remain with the practice.
Great first experience! Dr. Eric Montalvo was extremely attentive and thorough, taking the time to explain details and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. His assistant, Nita, was kind and professional, and Mabel at the front office made the office feel very welcoming and was incredibly helpful. Overall, a smooth and positive first visit—I’d definitely recommend this office.
My insurance changed and I lost my access to Dr. Soyster. It was awful. Finally, I'm back and the staff there is nothing but great. Rosemary changed my oral hygiene for life by explaining how to properly use an Oral B electric brush. Seems like common sense, but I was not doing it right. My gums have never been healthier. This office is super professional. I first came in to see Dr. Cangini a Periodontist last year with gum issues, the office staff Mabel and Christianna were very friendly and able to arrange an appointment for the next week that I wanted; that was my pleasant experiences with the entire team starts. Dr. Cangini was a great dentist, all my questions and concerns were addressed, I essentially felt zero pain during and after the procedure. Thanks Rosemary and Nita for the excellent work too.
