Ask for their assistance in mailing out three Presidential memorial certificates safely. They mis labeled the envelopes and two never made it to their destination. Naomi treated me very disrespectful and blamed a new employees inexperience. Wouldn't let me speak with owner. Not even an offer of refund. Avoid this business if you value your item!
