I can no longer recommend this service. Long time customer; 10 plus years combined patronage. Before their (confusing) name change, before management change & long before they moved from previous location. After the aforementioned changes they became abusive. Frequently charged the wrong card; resulting in overdraft fees and harming my credit rating. Even double charges! Incredibly kind people and outstanding service. They went above and beyond to help me with a shipping issue, and the level of customer service was honestly something you don't see very often anymore. Now that I know this place exists, I'll never go to UPS, USPS, or FedEx again. Having all the major carriers in one convenient location makes shipping so much easier, and the service is on another level. Highly recommend!
