It’s been the second time I needed to receive a high volume of packages during my short LA trip and Claudio with Santa Monica Mailboxes was very helpful, considerate, and responsive to my situation. The staff is very nice, handled the paperwork very quickly, and personally notified me about my package deliveries, making sure I got everything. It’s a privately owned business and I would highly recommend their service over UPS and other carriers.
