Great customer service, great value All of my experiences at Mailboxes of Iowa City have been wonderful. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always trying to save me money. When I have Mailboxes package my stuff, I know that it will arrive safely. Overall great place!
I love this place! I dread going to the post office because I can never figure out how to mail anything! Maybe I am dumb... so seriously this place is wonderful! The awesome people will take whatever you have and let you know the best way to ship it.

When I received my claim check from Mark Vining (owner) I noticed it was short the $40 I had paid them to package my item. I questioned why the $40 for packaging wasn't included and made the comment "I the consumer was out $40 when I had done nothing wrong?"
