The week of 4/21/25 I received a Charleston mailbox bracket to replace the damaged one that was holding up my mailbox. The quality of the weld was terrible in that the pieces welded in place were off centered and/or crooked which did not align centered and perpendicular to the post or the mailbox itself. The welded piece that the house numbers will be placed on is at a 25 degree angle. The actual materials used seem durable but the workmanship and quality control needs a lot of improvement. Alena is amazing. From the time she picked up the phone I knew I was going with them. FedEx accidentally knocked down my box and she coordinated all the efforts to get paid by FedEx and schedule my replacement. Highly recommend!
Very professional and rapid response. We got same say service to remove old box and install new one. We are very satisfied
So recently got a mailbox and address plaque from them and it looks great, excellent communication and customer service all for a fair price definitely recommend.
