Great and reliable place to ship out your packages! I've shipped USPS, FedEx, and UPS with them, but I think they also work with more carriers. They also do printing and have packing supplies. Since they've come under new management, their service has been amazing. Benny at the front desk is super friendly and attentive - highly recommend :)

Last yr , I had my finger prints scanned. So I returned, thinking I would get the same excellent customer service. Unfortunately, it was the opposite . I walked in and a bell rang when I entered. I saw someone sitting behind the counter on his phone. I thought he was a customer too. So I patiently waited near the copy machine. After 5 mins, I walked up to the counter. Since they have changed ownership, this location has been my "Go To" for any mail correspondence needs in South San Jose. Benny at the front desk goes the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of and always has a nice smile on his face. This place now is nice, clean, and organized. I highly recommend this Mail Box & More location.

Female employee or owner was helpful and friendly. The pickup process was easy and smooth. Now for the UPS review regarding the hours of operation for this location. UPS believes this location is open from 9am-7pm, effecting their delivery dropoffs and its their doing. The employee/owner assured me she told them of her new hours a YEAR ago. Yet UPS tells me expected delivery from 4:30-7:30. So beware, you may get a missed delivery like me because UPS fails to update on their end. Five stars for the customer service and will... read more
