Incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff. It’s clear that Lorraine and her staff genuinely care about their customers and community. I come here for all of my shipping needs, including Amazon returns and sending gifts to friends and family.

This place is great they do a lot more than just packages and mail, and they are always so pleasant and helpful!
I was having a lot of trouble with UPS and so I had it directed her for pickup. The woman that works there ended up knowing my voice when I called, was always kind and was really patient even when I called probably four times for the same package. She called me immediately several days later when UPS finally showed up. UPS sucked but Mailbox Express, in contrast, nearly made up for it.
