I was having a lot of trouble with UPS and so I had it directed her for pickup. The woman that works there ended up knowing my voice when I called, was always kind and was really patient even when I called probably four times for the same package. She called me immediately several days later when UPS finally showed up. UPS sucked but Mailbox Express, in contrast, nearly made up for it.
They always pride on their best service. Very reliable, dependable and caring people
They help with everything and are always extremely friendly while doing it. Great business.
